** 8 hour Day & Mid Shifts available

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, provide direct patient care like wound care and assisting with daily needs

+ Must Float to all units

+ Ensure smooth patient care transitions

+ Maintain patient records and communicate with the nursing team and families

*
* Qualifications:

*
* + 1-2 years of experience

+ Current NYS LPN license

+ AHA BLS certification required

+ Point Click Care experience preferred

+ Long Term Care Experience Required

** Pay Breakdown:*
* + $720 per week (taxable)

+ $882 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

** Pay Details:**  $1,602.00 per week
