-AN-1622 MS UNIT - ONCOLOGY     Submission Requirements:  WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (Less than 75 miles)  Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in MS/Oncology and documents travel experience.  TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED  Skills Checklist matching specialty (Med Surg / Oncology)  Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics  Current AHA BLS, NIHSS, Chemo Cert required  NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL RN licenses.  

RTO MUST be included at time of submission  EMR Exp : EPIC
