CompensationPay Range: $36.75-$52.50 per hour
DescriptionJoin a dynamic healthcare team providing essential care in Internal Medicine. This contract position, based in Uniondale, requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver primary care, including patient assessment, treatment, and care planning. The role involves a standard weekday schedule, ensuring comprehensive patient support and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care including assessment, treatment, and care planning.
- Support implementation of organizational programs and procedures.
- Collect and analyze data to adjust processes as needed.
- Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing education.
- Educate and support patients in self-care management.
- Coordinate outpatient work-ups and treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient status while awaiting transport.
- Completion of nursing training from an accredited school.
- Current New York county Registered Nurse license.
- 1-2 years of experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med-Surg, ER, or Occupational Health.
