Active LPN license in New York 1+ years of experience in a long-term care facility Current BLS certification Experience with Point Click Care EMR Skills checklist matching specialty Valid driver's license with matching address
Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. Monitor residents' health and document changes or concerns. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care for residents. Administer medications as prescribed and adhere to safety protocols. Maintain clean and safe environment for residents.
RTO must be included at time of submission. Scrub color:
Navy blue. Floating required within the same building.
