Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN with a specialization in Rehabilitation for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting with a focus on patient rehabilitation. Key responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Rehabilitation include:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 40-bed LTC unit
• Manage commonly diagnosed conditions such as MS, Ortho, Dementia, and Memory Care
• Participate in floating within the building as required

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Rehabilitation include:

• 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active LPN NY License verified through NURSYS report
• Experience with Point Click Care EMR
