Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff at a healthcare location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies;
Monitor access to the facility, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed;
Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming front-desk environment while supporting healthcare privacy and confidentiality requirements
