The Parkway Center provides programs and services to older adults to keep them healthy, active and engaged.

In this position you will provide program coordination for the Parkway Center's volunteer transportation programs including Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, Member Transportation, Trip Coordination, Way2

Go On Demand and Way2

Go One Click One Call Call Center, where you will assist people in getting to their destinations and troubleshoot transit issues. You will also engage volunteers to assist with transit programs.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree preferred
• Experience in Program Coordination
• Excellent Computer and Technical skills, including database management
• Excellent Communication/Customer Service skills
• Valid & Clean NYS Driver's License & own vehicle for travel
• Ability to travel
• Highly motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
