North Slope Borough maintains Search & Rescue (SAR) aircraft and related facilities to ensure mission readiness. The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance in accordance with FAA and OSHA standards, while coordinating with line services such as refueling and aircraft marshalling.
Required are an FAA A&P license and two years of licensed maintenance experience, plus Alaska CDL with Haz Mat/Tanker/Air Brake endorsements.
