Actief Werkt! in Utrecht zoekt een Commercieel Administratief Medewerker Binnendienst die zowel klantcontact als administratieve verantwoordelijkheden combineert. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord voelen en dat de administratie soepel verloopt.
In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, verwerk je orders en houd je overzicht in lopende dossiers. Elk moment van de dag is anders en je schakelt continu tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.
Deze functie biedt veel afwisseling en de kans om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen in processen.
