What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a proactive and organized professional to provide comprehensive administrative and office support to our sales team. Acting as a vital bridge between Zebra colleagues and our customers. The ideal candidate will confidently coordinate Zebra’s market and sales information to customers, seamlessly redirecting qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate Sales Manager while providing key administrative support for local marketing initiatives.

This position requires 3 days per week in the Utrecht office.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of applicable corporate work experience (admin roles such as PA, EA, office assistant or sales support)
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills in Dutch & English language, both in written and verbal
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably is a bonus
- Experience managing commercial administration and invoicing is a bonus
- Provides comprehensive administrative and office support for the sales team as needed.
- Handles incoming phone calls, emails, and messages for the Sales team to ensure timely communication.
- Arranges meetings involving few participants and handles all meeting logistics, such as collecting time availability, reserving conference rooms, and arranging for refreshments.
- Assists with making basic travel reservations and itineraries, with input from managers or other department members.
- Prepares basic correspondence under managerial direction.
- Interfaces directly with customers regarding supply and order-related questions, as well as lead opportunities.
- Communicates Zebra market and sales information to customers and redirects actionable sales opportunities to the appropriate Sales Manager.
- Provides local administrative support regarding Marketing-related initiatives.
- Maintains and updates Salesforce consistently to ensure accurate tracking of customer data and sales activities.
- Collects basic data, prepares reports as directed, and submits PCs (Price Concessions).
- Manages department files and record-keeping specifically related to Sales Operations.
- Proactively recognizes the need for forms to be revised, filing systems updated, and basic procedures streamlined, assisting the team with continuous workflow improvements.

- Support the day-to-day running of our Utrecht office, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure team and office success.

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
