Interakt Contour in Utrecht is op zoek naar een secretaresse voor de polikliniek dermatologie, allergologie en reumatologie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor baliewerk, planning en diverse administratieve taken. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en zorgverleners en zorgt voor een gastvrije ontvangst.
Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en verpleegkundigen in een veelzijdige functie waarbij je taken afwisselend zijn, van drukke momenten met veel telefoontjes tot rustige periodes met administratieve werkzaamheden.
