Medux zoekt een administratief medewerker facilitair voor ons hoofdkantoor in Utrecht. Je verwelkomt bezoekers, ondersteunt collega’s en behandelt meldingen en aanvragen via diverse systemen.
Je verzorgt administratieve taken rondom huisvesting, wagenpark en bedrijfsmiddelen en draagt bij aan een soepele, professionele werkomgeving. Naast receptie- en facilitaire taken ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen rondom ons wagenpark en ontheffingen.
