SALARISADMINISTRATEUR, UTRECHT Functie omschrijving:
Werken bij onze dynamische organisatie in Utrecht? Wij zoeken een gedreven Salarisadministrateur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het accuraat verwerken van salarissen conform diverse CAO’s en regelgeving. Samen met een gemotiveerd team zorg je ervoor dat de salarisadministratie vlekkeloos verloopt, waarbij je ook advies geeft aan klanten over salaristechnische vraagstukken. Onze werkomgeving is professioneel en biedt volop ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Functie eisen:- Afgeronde opleiding richting salarisadministratie (PDL, VPS of vergelijkbaar)
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bij voorkeur binnen een payroll omgeving
- Ruime kennis van diverse CAO’s en ervaring met salarissoftware
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling
- Woonachtig in Utrecht of directe omgeving
- Mogelijkheden voor verdere ontwikkeling en groei binnen onze organisatie
- Marktconform salaris tussen € 2.800,00 en € 4.200,00 bruto per maand
