We’re seeking a strategic and results‑driven professional who can seamlessly combine big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution. You will excel at influencing senior executives and building strong relationships, while fostering collaboration within a consulting environment. The ideal candidate is a credible leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging strategic vision and operational delivery. You thrive in complex digital transformation programmes and bring adaptability, resilience, and a passion for driving meaningful change.
We expect you have experience in:
- Successfully delivering complex digital transformation programmes, ideally large‑scale ERP or major IT implementations.
- Translating operating model and system changes into actionable change delivery plans (e.g., communication strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training plans).
- Building executive‑level credibility and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Applying change management methodologies and designing impactful interventions.
- Leading organisational change and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Working with Agile methodologies and cultural change frameworks.
- Leveraging a strong academic foundation (e.g., MSc/MBA) with analytical and planning expertise.
- Operating across multiple geographies and sectors with ease.
- Holding preferred certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar.
Please note:
Full professional proficiency in Dutch is mandatory for this role.
Experience: 4–10 years in change management and transformation leadership.
