CNV zoekt een Beleidsadviseur (A) voor Zorg en Welzijn. Je ontwikkelt beleid en adviezen, volgt trends en vertaalt signalen van leden naar concrete CNV-inzet. Je werkt samen met de Sectorleider Zorg en Welzijn en levert inhoudelijke input voor beleid en lobbyactiviteiten.
Je rapporteert aan de Manager Beleid & Public Affairs en adviseert bestuur en AV-bestuurders. Een jaarcontract met mogelijke verlenging en cao-voorwaarden staan centraal in deze functie.
