Service Delivery Manager

to lead our field service team in the Netherlands and ensure the high-quality delivery of maintenance, upgrades, installations and troubleshooting services for our customers.

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10-12 Service Engineers and play a key role in developing people, improving service delivery and supporting customer satisfaction. You will report to the Customer Service Operations Director France & Benelux and work closely with customers, planners, account managers and technical specialists.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10-12 Field Service Engineers
• Support competence development and ensure resource readiness for current and future customer needs
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality standards
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong service performance and issue resolution
• Support engineers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
• Collaborate with customers and account teams on continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with planning functions to optimize resource utilization and service delivery
• Drive employee engagement, performance and operational excellence
• Monitor departmental performance, utilization and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements and HR processes

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience in food processing, packaging or related industries is an advantage
• Proven experience in service operations, field service management or technical customer support
• Experience leading and developing teams, including remote employees
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and automation systems
• 50% willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands
