Lister zoekt een proactieve en verbindende bestuurssecretaris die de samenwerking tussen MT en Raad van Bestuur versterkt. Je bereidt MT-vergaderingen voor, bewaakt de P&C-cyclus en levert advies in beleids- en organisatievraagstukken.
Je hebt een academische opleiding in bestuurskunde, rechten of gezondheidswetenschappen en ervaring als bestuurssecretaris, bij voorkeur in de GGZ. Een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak, plus sterke communicatie, zijn vereist.
