Centrum voor Consultatie en Expertise zoekt een coördinator die in complexe zorgsituaties zorgverleners en betrokkenen aan elkaar koppelt. Je coördineert consultaties, zet externe consulenten in en levert toegevoegde kennis en ervaring om beweging te brengen in trajecten.
Daarnaast neem je deel aan expertiseprojecten en ontwikkel je kennisproducten, leeractiviteiten en trainingen in samenwerking met partners uit zorg en education.
