Een ambitieuze amateurbigband in Utrecht is op zoek naar een nieuwe dirigent(e)/bandmaster. De rol omvat het leiden van repetities, motiveren van musici en actief deelnemen aan de muziekcommissie. We zoeken iemand met een afgeronde muzikale opleiding, enthousiasme en communicatieve vaardigheden. Het team streeft naar muzikaal plezier en saamhorigheid, met behoud van een hoog niveau.
