Associate Supplier Finance - VCF

As Associate Supplier Finance, you know the secrets of turning commercial opportunities into structured, client-focused solutions that drive growth within Value Chain Finance. You actively support client pitches, shape tailored Supplier Finance programmes and ensure smooth implementation across global networks. You collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing international environment.

• Translating a complex client financing need into a tailored Supplier Finance structure that fits their global supplier base
• Supporting a high-stakes client pitch and helping convert it into a successful deal
• Coordinating the rollout of a Supplier Finance programme across multiple countries and stakeholders

You develop pitch materials, conduct quantitative analyses and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals. You quickly identify client needs and translate them into structured solutions, while managing implementation processes end-to-end. • Master’s degree level of thinking and working with experience in finance or consulting and 1-3 years of working experience.
• You bring a strong analytical mindset with affinity for quantitative data analysis. Depending on your experience, this position will be scaled in grade 8 or 9.
• Creative problem solver who translates client needs into structured financial solutions.
• Commercially driven to support client pitches or stakeholder interactions.
• Proactive and motivated self-starter with a positive and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
