Team EIFFEL zoekt een Acceptant Zakelijk Inkomen die zelfstandig ondernemers evalueert en toetsinkomen vaststelt voor hypotheekaanvragen. Je analyseert jaarrekeningen, balans- en kasstroomsituaties en vertaalt cijfers naar betrouwbare toelagen.
Je werkt samen met hypotheekadviseurs en kredietverstrekkers om klanten te helpen bij een belangrijke stap in hun leven. Een HBO-opleiding in financiën is vereist, plus 2–5 jaar ervaring in zakelijke beoordelingen.
