Hotel Veenendaal zoekt een enthousiaste stagiair voor het Front Office-team. Je bent het gezicht van de receptie voor gasten, leveranciers en collega’s en bent mede verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte dienstuitvoering.
Tijdens de stage verwerk je reserveringen, check je gasten in en uit en verleen je service met aandacht voor upselling. Daarnaast werk je aan administratieve taken en behoud je een proactieve houding om elke gast te laten glimlachen.
