Overview

The Administrator, Payroll is helping with making sure the company's associates are paid accurately and on time. The Administrator, Payroll also coordinates related requirements of Government agencies such as social security administration and tax authorities.

The Administrator Payroll works closely with the Human Resources Department (HR) and Payroll Accounting (GL) and payroll vendor provider on all payroll related issues.

Key to success in this role is the ability to communicate and influence across teams, an interest in collaboration and motivation to identify opportunities to streamline manual processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in collecting and reviewing the payroll data received from the field to ensure integrity and compliance to Company Policy.
  • Payroll data entries activities
  • Prepare weekly payments for terminated associates.
  • Provide accurate salary information to our external payroll processors.
  • Audit the payroll information submitted back by the external payroll processor. Review computed wages and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings. Ensure that all changes to payroll are processed correctly.
  • Prepare accurate and timely salary related wires and payments - including the payment of Garnishments and other third-party required wage deductions.
  • Assist in responding to employee and business partners inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters on a high service level.
  • Generate reports and provide personnel information for control purposes in general.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • EMEA countries payroll experience is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluent in English. Good command of German is a plus.
  • People Soft experience is a plus.
  • ADP experience (Streamline, Celergo, Global View) is a plus.
  • Team player with service-oriented attitude.
