Overzicht
Als HR Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de gehele HR/ loonadministratie van onze interne collega's. Je werkt zelfstandig in een team van HR collega's, bestaand uit twee HR Business Partners en een Verzuimexpert.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Verantwoordelijk voor alles wat te maken heeft met de HR administratie van onze eigen interne collega's (circa 150 FTE).
- Verwerking van mutaties, contracten en wijzigingen daarop en fungeren als vraagbaak voor jouw stakeholders.
- Zorgen dat alles nauwkeurig in onze HR-systemen staat en wordt toegepast; je beschikt over de nodige ervaring en accreditaties op dat gebied.
- Aanvullend: ruimte om tactische en strategische thema s op te pakken, zoals procesoptimalisatie en thema s als verlof, in- door en uitstroom van onze eigen mensen.
- In de basis voer je de interne (loon) administratie correct uit; afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, ambities en wensen is er ruimte om deze rol verder uit te breiden met dit soort werkzaamheden.
