Je wordt begeleid door ervaren recruiters en leert sollicitaties beoordelen, intakegesprekken voeren, en vacatureteksten schrijven. Je ontwikkelt je communicatieve vaardigheden en krijgt de kans om te groeien binnen een dynamische omgeving. Je hoeft alleen beschikbaar te zijn vanaf februari/maart om aan de slag te gaan.
