Flits Interim zoekt een tijdelijke senior adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen (L&O) die in het HR-team opereert en de inkoop, ontwikkeling en coördinatie van opleidingsprogramma’s voor juristen en medewerkers vormgeeft. Het project loopt van 2025 tot halverwege 2027.
De rol vraagt een ervaren L&O-adviseur met actuele kennis, hands-on mentaliteit en ervaring met blended learning. Je werkt in een not-for-profit/juridische omgeving en coacht leidinggevenden bij ontwikkelvragen.
