Silverein is op zoek naar een Adviseur Vitaliteit en Verzuim die leiders ondersteunt bij verzuimbegeleiding en re-integratie. Je werkt nauw samen met HR-adviseurs en regionale teams, waarbij je als kennispartner optreedt en de Wet verbetering poortwachter bewaakt.
De functie vraagt minimaal 2 jaar advieservaring in verzuim en een CROV-diploma (of vergelijkbaar). Er is flexibiliteit om op meerdere locaties te werken, inclusief thuiswerken, met doorgroeimogelijkheden en scholing.
