AP Support is op zoek naar een Casemanager WIA in Nederland. Je begeleidt WIA-dossiers en langdurige verzuimtrajecten, geeft advies aan werkgevers en werknemers over re-integratie en wet- en regelgeving, en regisseert trajecten richting duurzame werkhervatting.
Je werkt samen met bedrijfsartsen en externe partijen, signaleert risico’s en bewaakt dossierkwaliteit en voortgang. Er ligt nadruk op maatwerk, professionele begeleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling in een informele werkomgeving.
