Je bouwt aan talentpools, denkt mee over creatieve wervingsactiviteiten en onderhoudt relaties met hiring managers. Ervaring met Linked In Recruiter en Boolean search is gewenst; minimaal MBO4, en uitstekende NL-communicatie.
