Je werkt zelfstandig met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, krijgt ruimte voor eigen initiatieven en ziet kansen in de markt. Samen met recruiters begeleid je kandidaten van eerste gesprek tot plaatsing en draag je bij aan groei.
