Je werkt samen met HR-adviseurs, trajectbegeleiders, loopbaanadviseurs en leidinggevenden. Je ontwikkelt werkinstructies, formats en ondersteunende hulpmiddelen, begeleidt de implementatie en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving
