Vecht & IJssel zoekt een allround HR-adviseur met hart voor mensen en voor de ouderenzorg. Je bent het gezicht van HR op jouw locatie, sparringpartner voor locatiemanagers en teamleiders, en bewaakt de koers op vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
Je werkt aan verzuimregie, RI&E en data-gedreven HR-beslissingen, helpt teams sterker te worden en zet engagement monitoring op Vecht & IJssel breed. Wij bieden een vast contract met CAO VVT en aantrekkelijke werkgeversvoorwaarden.
