FITZ zoekt een Verzuimspecialist die overzicht behoudt, richting geeft en verzuim mensgericht begeleidt. Je bent sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en adviseert bij complexe casuïstiek terwijl je verzuimpreventie en procesverbetering aandrijft.
Je werkt nauw met People & Culture, bedrijfsarts en externe partners. Een jaarcontract voor 32–40 uur met uitzicht op vast dienstverband biedt ruimte om verzuimbeleid verder te professionaliseren en te verbeteren.
