Homerun B.V. zoekt een HR Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor uitvoering en cultuurontwikkeling. Je werkt 3–4 dagen per week in Utrecht en bent direct sparringpartner voor het managementteam, met zicht op de dagelijkse Operatie en de lange termijnambities.
Je brengt energie en structuur in de HR-processen, begeleidt talentontwikkeling en zorgt voor een omgeving waarin onze effectmakers met plezier blijven leren en leveren.
