KBenP zoekt een zelfstandige interim-professional die het unithoofd op de dialyseafdeling ondersteunt. De opdracht loopt zo spoedig mogelijk tot en met maart 2027 en omvat gemiddeld 24 tot 32 uur per week, afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden.
Je analyseert verbeteringen rond medewerkerstevredenheid, ondersteunt bij het opstellen en implementeren van een concreet verbeterplan en begeleidt complexe M&O-/HR-vraagstukken.
