Droppie zoekt een betrokken HR- en coachingsprofessional voor begeleiding van medewerkers met een behoefte aan extra ondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden en HR om processen te stroomlijnen en medewerkers te laten floreren in een circulaire startup.
Je coacht op de vloer, bezoekt winkels in meerdere steden en begeleidt verzuimtrajecten en loopbaantrajecten. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij recruitment en het aanvragen van regelingen, met een focus op Wajong en Participatiewet.
