Doxa zoekt een ervaren interne communicatieadviseur met minimaal vijf jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een grote, complexe organisatie (minimaal 1000 medewerkers).
Er is ook vereist dat kandidaten ervaring hebben met organisatie-ontwikkelingsprojecten en lessen op politiek-bestuurlijk vlak.
Daarnaast heb je aantoonbare ervaring met het managen van programma’s en projecten en werkt u mee aan strategische communicatie- en verandertrajecten.
