Ministerie van Defensie zoekt een Adviseur HR staf Reorganisatie & Ontwikkeling (R&O) die binnen COMMIT samen met het R&O-team reorganisaties en organisatiewijzigingen begeleidt. Je fungeert als sparringpartner en vertaalt vraagstukken naar concrete adviezen en plannen.
Je werkt nauw samen met HR Business Partners en projectleiders en levert trainingen en adviesproducten om de organisatie toekomstbestendig te maken, met aandacht voor de rechtspositie en geldende procedures.
