High Quality in Utrecht zoekt een Interim HR Manager voor 32 uur per week. Je leidt een team van 6 FTE en geeft richting aan recruitment, HR-administratie, training en wagenparkbeheer.
Je brengt uitgebreide AFAS-ervaring mee, stuurt op cijfers en verzuim en bent MT-lid met directe rapportage aan regio- en hotelmanagers. Een stevige, hands-on aanpak is vereist om snel structuur en continuïteit te waarborgen.
