Bij MUR Conditioning, onderdeel van de VDK Groep, zoeken wij een HR Manager die verder kijkt dan contracten en dossiers. Jij bent sparringpartner van directie en management, bouwt mee aan onze organisatie en zorgt dat collega’s zich kunnen ontwikkelen én met plezier bij ons werken.
Je behandelt strategische HR-vraagstukken, recruitment, verzuim, opleidingen en medewerkersontwikkeling. Je maakt deel uit van het MT en speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere professionalisering van onze organisatie.
