Ferm Werk in Nederland zoekt tijdelijk een P&O-adviseur ter ondersteuning van het P&O-team. Je begeleidt en adviseert leidinggevenden bij personele vraagstukken, beheert personele dossiers en P&O-casuïstiek en draagt bij aan lopende werkzaamheden.
Daarnaast help je bij het bewaken van de voortgang, realiseert teamdoelen en levert praktische verbeteringen in P&O-processen. De opdracht duurt zolang Ferm Werk de structurele vacature binnen het P&O-team werft en invult.
