Als Projectleider Onderwijshuisvesting bij de gemeente Baarn speel je een cruciale rol in het plannen, coördineren en implementeren van projecten met betrekking tot onderwijshuisvesting. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende belanghebbenden.
Vereisten:- Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau in de richting van Bouwkunde, Ruimtelijke Ordening, Onderwijskunde of Public Administration;
- Aantoonbare werkervaring met Projectmanagement bij een gemeentelijke organisatie;
- Aantoonbare werkervaring met onderwijshuisvesting;
- Aantoonbare werkervaring als projectleider onderwijshuisvesting of op het gebied van vastgoed bij of in opdracht van een gemeentelijke organisatie;
- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van onderwijshuisvesting.
