Je gaat deel uitmaken van de vakdiscipline HRM, dat onderdeel is van de afdeling Bestuursbureau (de staf). Het team bestaat momenteel uit twee vast adviseurs HRM en drie inhuurkrachten, die de basis vormen voor deze rol.
Minimale Vereisten:- Minimaal een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding;
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het leiden van een AFAS HRM en Payroll implementatie;
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider van complexe projecten op het gebied van HRM en Payroll;
- Aantoonbare ervaring met stakeholdermanagement, inclusief het omgaan met weerstand en het doorbreken van verouderde patronen;
- Bij voorkeur een training of opleiding in projectmanagement gevolgd.
