Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland is op zoek naar een teamleider om richting te geven aan een team dat zich inzet voor mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor coaching, het organiseren van een stabiele planning en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van zorg. Je dient te beschikken over een afgeronde HBO-opleiding en minimaal twee jaar leidinggevende ervaring.
Het salaris bedraagt tussen de €3.481 en €5.098 per maand, afhankelijk van de schaal.
