Description:
Next Ventures is searching for an experienced Contract Manager for National Maintenance on behalf of Pro Rail's Human Facility Management (HFM), specifically for the Real Estate and Asset Management team. This position is interim due to the departure of the current contract manager and ongoing organizational developments within HFM. The ideal candidate will not only fulfill the role of contract manager but also contribute to the development of this function and define the necessary role clarity.
Responsibilities:
Contractually manage and oversee the National Maintenance Agreement (OLO1).Provide insights from experience with OLO1 in the ongoing tender process for OLO
2.Advise and support in defining the role and function of the Contract Manager in line with organizational developments.Ensure excellent stakeholder management, with strong communication skills being essential.Collaborate with technical specialists to steer and monitor execution within contractual frameworks (financially, in terms of scheduling, and quality).Candidate Requirements:
Experience with various procurement methods such as Restricted Procedures and European Tenders.Demonstrable experience with the CATS CM method.Experience with in governmental organizations is required.Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with and a critical approach towards substantive aspects such as maintenance and asset management.Team Contact: j
