Reinaerde zoekt een manager voor Oikos, een speciale werklocatie binnen onze organisatie, waar kinderen en jongeren begeleid worden. Jij brengt rust, overzicht en richting, bouwt mee aan ontwikkeling en zorgt voor structuur en veiligheid.
Je werkt 32–36 uur, met een vast contract en vrijheid in arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een fiets- en sportregeling of extra verlof. Je ontwikkelt jezelf via de Reinaerde Academy en leidt een team in een groeiende locatie.
