De Bijenkorf zoekt een Teammanager Sales Support die zorg draagt voor optimale planning en ondersteuning van het verkoopteam in Utrecht en Amstelveen.
Je vertaalt landelijke richtlijnen naar lokale processen, coacht medewerkers en stuurt KPI's aan zoals omzet, conversie en NPS.
Een marktconform salaris tussen €3.500 en €4.000 bruto per maand bij 40 uur, 30 verlofdagen, reiskostenvergoeding en 20% personeelskorting.
