Halt zoekt twee medewerkers voor de rol van supervisor. Je ondersteunt collega’s bij reflectie op de uitvoering van interventies en stimuleert leren van werkervaringen. Supervisie vindt plaats in vaste groepen met videofeedback en casuïstiekbespreking, gericht op professionele ontwikkeling en consistente uitvoering.
Je werkt nauw samen met het team beleid en blijft onderdeel van je Halt-team. Reistijd kan voorkomen; minimaal 24 uur inzet per week rond supervisiesessies.
