E-Mail Marketing Specialist; d​/f​/m

• Develop and execute an E-Mail Strategy for the Dutch market, with the goal to accompany (potential) customers along their customer journey.
• Develop mailing campaigns in order to generate leads as well as increase customer value and loyalty.
• Translate the brand strategy into channel specific content that supports the overall marketing goals.
• Adapt international and German assets to Dutch requirements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates, and overall subscriber growth and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Build robust and continuous testing scenarios and ensure quality for Marketing emails, including testing of text, layout, landing pages and links.
• Always keep track of the latest trends, competitor activities, innovations and opportunities in email Marketing.
• Design and develop email templates.
• Collaborate closely with global Marketing team and Dutch sales team.

Your backpack is filled with:

• Professional experience in E-Mail Marketing and E-Commerce/Online Marketing; experience in other online Marketing areas is a plus.
• Experience with email Marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp, Optimizely).
• Affinity for digital products and current trends in digital business.
• Fundamental knowledge in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills - particularly with typical E-Commerce / CRM KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of digital image, video editing, and in HTML and image processing.
• Dutch native speaker, fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
