Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram), website content management, and potentially offline channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Cultivate brand awareness through targeted online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Manage and implement push marketing campaigns, actively promoting our company's services and expertise.
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to attract top talent.
• Provide support in updating website content to ensure a clear and engaging user experience.
• Develop and implement creative marketing events and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to elevating our brand identity and visual design to a new level.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have proven experience as a marketing professional.
• Have understanding of IT solutions and the associated consulting industry.
• Are able to create a vision on consultancy services in combination with product offering and innovation in using IT-tooling to service clients.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing winning social media campaigns on platforms like Linked In and Instagram.
• Have experience with content-copy writingmarketing andwebsite management.
• Have strong market research and competitor analysis skills.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English (C2 level).
• Are a creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
• Are ableto work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Hold an EU nationality or posseswork and residence permit in the Netherlands. (Currently we are not able to offer visa sponsorship).
